Performance measurement is one of the key elements in the path towards truly integrating sustainability into business. It is purely thanks to continuous monitoring of ESG projects and KPIs that we can keep a constant watch on the management of non-financial risks and the development of related sustainability performance as defined in our strategic vision.
At Innovatec we have implemented a structured system to constantly monitor initiatives and KPIs aligned with our plan. All this information is brought together in an organic manner that is methodologically consistent with the GRI standards in the annual Sustainability Report.
This document is periodically shared with our stakeholders as part of our engagement efforts and as a way to continuously improve it.
To ensure increasingly accurate data collection, during 2022 we implemented a management system (ESGEO) for periodic reporting that not only permits greater control of data, but also constant reporting aimed at continuous improvement.
