    The Innovatec Group’s scope of consolidation has recently changed significantly, with the acquisition of 50.1% of the Clean Tech Group at the end of December 2020 and the remaining 49.9% in July 2021.

    As part of the consideration for this acquisition, 100% of Sostenya Green SpA was sold to Sostenya limited.
