    Our Innovatec team has developed the HouseVerde Project with the aim of offering energy efficiency interventions to citizens, actively contributing to sign a pact with Nature in order to reduce the environmental impact of our country’s real estate.

     

    Interventions are free of charge* and turnkey, through the careful study of architectural, structural and plant engineering elements.

    Thanks to the Superbonus110% for the renovations aimed at the energy efficiency for the houses, with the recovery of at least two energy classes, here at Innovatec we take care to assist the customer in every phase of the procedure required to reach the tax credit.

    Basic requirements
    to qualify for
    Superbonus110
    • You must own a detached house in which the owner resides or which constitutes a second home (single-family, two-family, multi-family with separate entrances, detached house, etc.).
    • You must own an apartment in a multi-apartment building.
    • You must own a house 300 meters from the sea.
    • One’s home must not be stately, such as villas and castles and in any case anything that falls into cadastral categories A1, A8 and A9.

    Improvement of at least two energy classes

    Replacement of heating, air conditioning, hot water systems with high efficiency systems. Installation of photovoltaic system with storage. Charging stations. Home automation.

    Coat insulation for at least 25% of the dispersing surface and replacement of all windows and doors.

    4

    Earthquake resistant renovation as long as the buildings are not located in seismic zone 4 or higher.
