We regard sustainability as the guideline for a process aimed at long-term value creation since we believe that it ensures lasting results and boosts the company’s economic performance and reputation, while creating shared value for both our shareholders and stakeholders.

Our corporate management model is based on Corporate Social Responsibility.  This ensures that day-to-day choices in our business are guided by a particular focus on the impact of our actions on all stakeholders.

We have a dedicated Sustainability department that reports directly to the Managing Director.  Its team is dedicated to coordinating the projects included in the Sustainability Action Plan. This is done on a daily basis by involving the various Company Divisions.

An interdisciplinary Sustainability Committee has also been appointed. In 2022, the ESG mandate was given to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

We have set out our mission and values in the Code of Ethics. This document, reviewed in light of the Strategic Sustainability Plan, outlines key behaviours and corporate policies, serving as a point of reference for all Group employees and stakeholders.

We have also drawn up a set of policies and procedures to strengthen the integration of ESG principles into our corporate culture and operations.
